On September 21, 2025, Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure completed a custom Z-beam coating project for a US client with unique requirements and standards. Regarding the coating process, the client specified a specific paint brand and type, which offers excellent corrosion and weather resistance, ensuring the Z-beam maintains stable performance in the complex and changing US climate.
For the coating color, the client chose a modern and technological red, which not only highlights the structural beauty of the Z-beam but also blends in with various architectural styles. The client had strict requirements for coating thickness, requiring a uniform and precise thickness to ensure coating quality and protective effectiveness.
To meet local US environmental requirements, the entire coating process utilized low-VOC paint and advanced coating equipment to minimize environmental pollution. Regarding the client's desire for a short production timeframe, we optimized the production process and rationally allocated personnel and equipment to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Z-beam coatings. This batch of Z-shaped steel is made of A653 material and is customized for American customers. The specifications are Z45*2.75*305*89.
