On December 18, 2025, the customized steel structure processing project undertaken by Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure Processing Plant for a Philippine client was in its critical production stage. Addressing the hot and rainy climate of the Philippines and the client's specific requirements for corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity of the steel structure components, the project team, in collaboration with the design team, completed multiple rounds of design iterations. This involved using special steel with stronger weather resistance and employing the most advanced large-scale CNC laser tube cutting machine in China for drilling, cutting, and processing each steel structure component, ensuring that the component's accuracy error is controlled within ±2 mm.
Inside the production workshop, intelligent cutting robots are precisely operating according to customized parameters, completing the outline cutting of components amidst sparks. At the welding station, workers rely on automated welding equipment combined with meticulous manual welding, strictly controlling the weld strength and appearance smoothness. The painting process uses environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coatings, employing a three-layer spraying process to enhance the weather resistance of the components.
It is reported that the client has dispatched a technical representative to the factory to follow up and has expressed satisfaction with the current processing quality and progress.
