On December 28, 2025, the main components of a steel structure warehouse customized by Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure for a client in the Cayman Islands were successfully produced and shipped. The warehouse utilizes a high-strength galvanized steel structure system, designed with full consideration of the Cayman Islands' tropical maritime climate. It boasts excellent performance characteristics, including resistance to category 12 typhoons, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, with a service life of up to 50 years.
The company team conducted multiple rounds of technical communication with the client to optimize the warehouse's spatial layout and load-bearing design, ensuring it meets the actual usage scenarios for storing large equipment and materials. During the production process, international steel structure manufacturing standards were strictly followed. Advanced processes such as fully automated welding robots and CNC cutting equipment ensured component precision. Each process underwent more than three quality inspections, achieving a 100% pass rate.
This shipment included core components such as steel columns, steel beams, purlins, and matching connectors. It was shipped from Qingdao Port to Georgetown Port in the Cayman Islands via container sea freight, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 30 days. Following installation, a professional technical team will guide the installation process to ensure the project is completed and delivered within three months.
