On September 9, 2025, the ultrasonic testing of a steel structure warehouse produced by Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure Factory was successfully completed. All welds were found to meet standards, ensuring the smooth export of this batch of steel structures to the Thai project. Product quality is the foundation of Liweiyuan Steel Structure. This on-site testing placed higher demands on the durability of the steel structures. The on-site testing engineer explained that the testing not only adhered to international standards but also fully considered Thailand's climatic conditions, verifying all parameters of the steel structure welding process to ensure that this batch of steel structures can withstand the test of the overseas environment during subsequent installation and use.
Our steel structures have now passed ultrasonic testing and are entering the final stage of rust prevention and packaging, with shipment expected in mid-September. This will provide important support for the on-schedule progress of Thailand's infrastructure projects and provide valuable experience for Chinese steel structure products to further expand into the Southeast Asian market.
