On October 18, 2025, Liweiyuan Steel Structure successfully completed the galvanizing of the warehouse metal components custom-made for Congo, laying a critical foundation for improving the durability of the storage facility. To ensure the long-term and stable operation of the components, the technical team has developed a dedicated tracking and monitoring plan. This plan will regularly collect and analyze data on the surface condition of the galvanized layer (such as gloss, damage, and signs of corrosion) and core performance indicators (including adhesion, salt spray resistance, and thickness uniformity). This will create a dynamic monitoring profile and provide timely warnings of potential corrosion risks.
The practical experience gained from this galvanizing operation will be deeply integrated into the warehouse's operations and maintenance system. The technical department is optimizing the maintenance plan for the metal facilities, taking into account the local climate (high temperature and high humidity) and the intensity of warehouse operations. This includes refining the cleaning, recoating, and inspection cycles and standard procedures. Furthermore, a tiered rust prevention management system will be introduced, focusing on protecting key areas such as load-bearing structures and shelf connectors. By establishing a closed-loop management system of "monitoring-assessment-maintenance-feedback," the warehouse will achieve early intervention and precise control of corrosion risks, comprehensively ensuring storage safety and operational efficiency, and providing solid hardware support for the stable operation of the logistics supply chain in the Congo region.
