On October 28, 2025, Liweiyuan Steel Structure successfully completed production of the customized steel structure for the Mayotte project and officially began the shipment process. This batch of customized steel structure products features a unique design, fully adapted to the unique environmental and engineering requirements of the Mayotte region. Strict quality control ensures that every beam and every steel plate is precise, durable, and sturdy. At the shipping site, workers methodically loaded the steel structure components onto steel structure racks. They will soon be shipped across the ocean to Mayotte to contribute to local construction.
For quality control, the project team established a comprehensive inspection system: from mechanical property testing of incoming raw materials, to non-destructive testing of welding processes, to 3D scanning and verification of finished product dimensions, ensuring that the stress parameters of each steel beam and the thickness tolerances of each steel plate strictly meet design specifications. Specifically addressing the potential corrosion risks associated with marine transportation, the product surface undergoes a three-layer anti-corrosion treatment, achieving a salt spray resistance of at least 1,500 hours. This shipment not only demonstrates Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure's strength as a leading steel structure manufacturer in China, but also earns the company a reputation for its consistent high quality and competitive pricing. It also underscores the close cooperation between my country and Mayotte in infrastructure construction. In the future, the two sides are expected to collaborate in even more areas, jointly promoting Mayotte's economic development and social progress.
