On August 12, 2025, Liweiyuan Steel Structure successfully received a set of C/Z integrated purlin production equipment ordered from an equipment manufacturer in Xiamen, China, after a detailed inspection and research to meet the architectural design standards of the European and American markets. The equipment's appearance, main components, and accompanying documentation were inspected by the equipment supplier's representative and the company's technical acceptance team. The preliminary inspection revealed that the equipment packaging was intact, the model and specifications were consistent with the contract, and all accompanying documentation was complete.
The equipment is currently entering the critical installation and commissioning phase. The company's production project team is closely collaborating with the supplier's technical team to fully prepare for subsequent equipment precision positioning, system integration, and operator training. This equipment features advanced technology and excellent performance, capable of processing C/Z purlins with widths ranging from 120cm to 350cm. With the commissioning of this equipment, Liweiyuan Steel Structure has significantly improved its production efficiency, processing quality, and product price advantages in the European and American markets, significantly enhancing its competitiveness.
