On November 27, 2025, Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure successfully shipped custom-made chicken coop anchor bolts to a large-scale chicken farm in New Zealand after completing production testing.
Due to the humid and windy climate and high foundation requirements of the farm, the New Zealand client needed anchor bolts with strong corrosion resistance, high strength, and adjustable functionality. Liweiyuan precisely designed the bolts to meet these needs: hot-dip galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance in the humid environment; using Q355B high-strength steel to meet the heavy load requirements of the chicken coop structure; and an innovative adjustable nut structure for easy on-site height adjustment based on the foundation, improving construction efficiency. During packaging, each threaded section was protected with corrugated plastic tubing, and the bolts were packaged in sets of 16 to ensure complete delivery to the client.
During production, the company strictly adhered to the ISO9001 quality management system, controlling all aspects of the process, including materials, dimensions, and anti-corrosion layer thickness. Third-party testing confirmed that the bolts met New Zealand building standards and the client's requirements.
