1. Lifting Tool Load Capacity
Based on the weight of the steel structure components (5-50 tons), the rated load of the lifting tool is determined to be no less than 60 tons, with a safety factor ≥ 3.5. The material used is Q355B low-alloy steel with a yield strength ≥ 345 MPa.
2. Structural Form
A double-lifting-point portal frame structure is used, with an adjustable main beam length of 11.5m. 80*80Q355B angle steel is used at the tool lifting nodes, with 16mm thick reinforcing ribs added at the nodes.
3. Connection Method
The lifting lugs are designed as a double-lug plate structure with a 50mm aperture and a 20mm thickness. Full penetration welding is used to the beam (weld grade 2), with a weld leg height ≥ 12mm.

1. Adjustable Crossbeam Mechanism
· The telescopic joint adopts a nested structure with an adjustment range of 500mm. It is equipped with three sets of locating pin holes (16mm diameter) and equipped with 45# steel locating pins (with anti-drop pins).
· The sliding contact surfaces are lubricated with MoS₂ grease, and the clearance is controlled within 0.5-1mm.
2. Lifting lug assembly
· 80mm spacing between lug plates, built-in Φ55mm needle roller bearing (model NA4911), bearing seat and lug interference fit (H7/R6)
· Pin made of 40CrNiMoA, 50mm diameter, chrome-plated (0.05mm thickness)
3. Non-slip support legs
· A 200×200×20mm rectangular support plate is installed at the bottom, with anti-slip teeth milled on the surface (teeth depth 2mm, spacing 5mm).
· The support leg height can be fine-tuned with an M42 adjustment bolt (adjustment range ±50mm).
1. Weld Inspection
All main welds undergo 100% penetrant testing (PT), and T-joints undergo 20% ultrasonic testing (UT), passing Level I.
Dimensional deviation of fillet weld legs ≤ ±1.5mm, straightness deviation ≤2mm/m.
2. Dimensional Tolerances
○ Beam full length deviation: ±3mm
○ Lifting point spacing deviation: ±2mm
○ Overall verticality: ≤1.5mm/m
3. Performance Testing
○ Rated load test: Static load of 1.25 times the rated load for 1 hour, permanent deformation ≤0.1%.

1. Overload protection device (model XZ-100, accuracy ±2%) installed, automatically shutting off the lifting circuit if overload exceeds 10%.
2. Sound and light alarm system (operating voltage DC24V) is installed, sounding an alarm when the bolt preload drops by 15%.
3. All exposed moving parts are equipped with protective mesh (mesh size ≤ 20mm), woven with Φ4mm cold-drawn steel wire.

2. Key process control points: Welding deformation monitoring (using rigid fixing and reverse deformation method), bolt preload torque testing (according to GB/T 1231 specifications must be followed, with the torque coefficient controlled within 0.11-0.15.

3. Regular Maintenance: Perform a comprehensive inspection every 50 lifts or every three months, and perform a load calibration annually.
