On April 6, 2026, the two-story steel structure office building project exported to Hawaii, produced and processed by Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure, completed all manufacturing processes and was successfully shipped from Qingdao Port, marking another important achievement in the company's layout in the overseas prefabricated building market.
The two-story steel structure office building has a total construction area of about 1,200 square meters and adopts a light steel structure system. It has core characteristics such as high assembly degree, short construction period, excellent seismic performance and environmental protection, which accurately meets the strict requirements of Hawaii on building safety and environmental standards, and can be quickly adapted to local construction scenarios.
During the project implementation, facing core difficulties such as size restrictions for cross-sea transportation and material anti-corrosion under tropical marine climate, the technical team of Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure made precise efforts to optimize the modular design scheme. Through factory pre-assembly process, more than 95% of component precision control was achieved, and all production tasks were successfully completed 15 days in advance, efficiently fulfilling the delivery commitment.
Representatives of the Hawaiian owner attended the factory acceptance in person, highly appraised the product quality and process details, stating that they exceeded expectations, and fully recognized the professional ability and sense of responsibility of the project team. All the steel structure components adopt American standard A36 material, are manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with American steel structure standards, and all products have passed the inspection by third-party professional institutions, meeting the qualified standards and laying a solid quality foundation for on-site installation.
