
On December 18, 2025, the customized steel structure processing project undertaken by Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure Processing Plant for a Philippine client was in its critical production stage. Addressing the hot and rainy climate of the Philippines and the client's specific requirements for corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity of the steel structure components, the project team, in collaboration with the design team, completed multiple rounds of design iterations. This involved using special steel with stronger weather resistance and employing the most advanced large-scale CNC laser tube cutting machine in China for drilling, cutting, and processing each steel structure component, ensuring that the component's accuracy error is controlled within ±2 mm.
The highly anticipated Uruguay customized steel structure hospital project officially completed the shipment of its first batch of core components on January 3, 2026. This shipment marks a significant step forward in the project's integration of domestic design and intelligent manufacturing, injecting "Chinese construction" expertise into Uruguay's medical infrastructure development.
On December 1, 2025, Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. successfully shipped the first batch of goods for a steel structure warehouse project customized for a client in the Philippines. The shipment included core steel structural components such as steel columns, beams, and purlins, transported by container to the Port of Manila, Philippines.
On November 6, 2025, Liweiyuan Steel Structure Company successfully exported a batch of steel structure support products to Chile, including high-strength bolts, ordinary bolts, self-tapping screws, downpipes, thermal insulation cotton, precision connectors and anti-corrosion coatings, etc., totaling 120 tons.
On November 15, 2025, Liweiyuan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. completed all production and inspection processes for a batch of high-precision steel structure products customized by Norway customers, and successfully shipped the goods to Oslo, Norway.
On November 20, 2025, Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure successfully delivered the steel structure products required for the Kiribati Fisheries Comprehensive Development Project. The steel structures include factory frames and roof structures, with a total weight of approximately 75 tons. Qingdao Liweiyuan Steel Structure participated in the entire process from design to manufacturing.
